The SQF Risk Management exam assesses the knowledge of the food industry professional of risk and risk management in the food industry. The content of the examination addresses the best practices and procedures used to identify and mitigate the top areas of risk at a food site.
The exam consists of 60 multiple choice questions. Individuals will be allowed a total of 3 attempts to complete the exam. The exam must be completed within 14 days from the start of the exam. A time limit of 60 minutes is given to complete each attempt of the exam.
The successful completion of the examination results when the examinee achieves a passing score of seventy-five percent (75%) or higher.
